Center Stage: Glee Club Alpha Chi Omega Serenade
The gentlemen of the Purdue Varsity Glee Club recently serenaded the ladies of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. Here, the guys wait outside the house before the serenade.
When it was time, the guys headed for the front door.
As is their tradition, the guys greeted the girls with a housewarming song. Senior Manager Jim Giberson directs the group.
The guys and girls then enjoyed fellowship, friendship, and a wonderful dinner together before the show.
After dinner, it was time for the show! The guys treated the girls to many great songs from their repertoire.
Pretty soon it was time for the run out song. Junior John Lindstrom found a lucky lady to sing to.
Ba-Na-Na was up to its usual mischief and picked on the house mom during their set.
After the show, dessert was served. The guys and girls discussed the show and enjoyed some more time together.
Senior Patrick Brown made a new friend at the serenade. The entire Glee Club would like to thank the ladies of Alpha Chi Omega for a wonderful night and we hope to be back in the future.
