Our fall tour is off to a great start. After a quiet bus ride, we arrived at the beautiful lake Zurich Senior High School Performing Arts Center. I can tell this is going to be a great year because we really brought our “A” game and received a standing ovation! We spent a well-rested night at our homestays and are headed up the road to Milwaukee! If we have time, I am hoping to send home an authentic Wisconsin cheese wheel! In Song, Pat Brown

The day began with the 12 of us having a delicious breakfast at the Lechner's house, then heading off through the chilly weather to Whitefish Bay. Once we arrived, we had a 3 hour break at the Le Club health club where guys took the opportunity to work out, finish homework and have a break before the weekend continued. After the break, we headed over to Whitefish Bay High School, where we set up our equipment and had a quick rehearsal with the WFBHS Choirs, who later joined us for 'The Battle Hymn' at the end of our show. Once our equipment was set up and ready for the show, we drove over to the Sprecher Brewery for a tour and dinner of pulled pork, beef brisker, smashed garlic potatoes, and of course, plenty of Sprecher root beer. After dinner we drove back to the high school for the performance where the crowd, who had not had the opportunity to see the Glee Club in nearly 25 years, was absolutely blown away. I was particularly happy with the show, as I was given the opportunity to present my mother with a lavalier and serenade her in front of family and friends; I was informed that by the end of the show there was nary a dry eye in the house. After the show, most of the guys and their homestays went back to our house for an afterparty, which capped off the day quite well. Yours In Song, Dan Gardiner

Today we are on the road back to Illinois for our third show of our fall break tour. After a great night's sleep in Whitefish bay, Wisconsin, we awoke to the smell of fresh breakfast. We were up early this morning to make our 6:45am call time to begin our travel back to illinois. After a restful morning bus ride we arrived at the Palos Park Presbyterian church where we performed for the congregation during morning worship service. We then headed to Trinity Christian college where we setup for the afternoon's show. I was especially excited to be able to perform for my friends and family who live in and around the Chicago area. I was really excited with our show this afternoon and felt the Glee Club gave a great performance. After the show we loaded the besses and are heading towards beautiful Ludington, Michigan Today has been a long day and a long evening bus ride is a great way to end the evening. Today we finally made it to my hometown of Pentwater, MI. I was so excited we were given the opportunity to come here and perform for my Community. With our diverse variety of music, I could tell that we had something for everyone in the audience. After the show at Ludington High School, my alma mater, there were so many positive compliments, making us an instant hit in town. I believe that we have inspired the town of Ludington and made many fans of the Purdue Varsity Glee Club! In Song, Randy Sarnowski

Today was our final day on tour, and what an amazing way to end. We had breakfast with our home stays in Ludington, MI, and said goodbye after two fun nights. We went to the Lake Michigan beach house of Dr. George Van Scoyoc, our properties sire, for a great lunch before heading home. It fun way to relax mentally, vocally, and physically. While we were on the beach, we all circled up as Bill thanked us for a great trip and we could all feel the brotherhood grow over the past few days. Our last excursion before boarding the bus included six of us going on a polar bear run into the frigid lake. A six hour bus ride later we were back on campus having made new friends, fans, and memories that will last a life time. Yours in Song, Peter Carroll
