Center Stage: Purduettes Fall Social

The ladies and gentlemen of the Purduettes gather to paint pumpkins to celebrate the autumn season. This allowed them to relax after a long day of performances.

Sophomore Hannah Burris organized the Purduette Fall Social and got them ready for judging.

Juniors Kirsten Fletter, Jessica Starrett, Courtney Petro, Katie Gasiorowski, Chelsy Pala, and Katie Peine present their pumpkin entitled "FrankenJeff". A tribute to Jeff Vallier, the Purduettes director.

Purduette Sophomores Cayla Mustin, Julie McLauglin, and Rachelle Buuck and Purduette Bass Player Eddie McLaughlin highlighted scenes from the upcoming 76th Christmas Show.

This Sophomore group decorated their pumpkin to portray the image of the model Purduette. It emphasized some of the most important traditions of the Purduettes.

This group really got into the Halloween season. Pur-boooo!

These lovely sophomores' pumpkin celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Seniors Sarah Beatty, Mindy Brouhard, Amanda Conte, Brittainy Reiff, Amanda Kaye Bills, Clarice Masaki, and Emily Gorrell pose with their Turkey Family Pumpkin and Hank the dog. Their pumpkin consisted of the classic handprint turkeys, a throwback to their childhood days.

These freshmen ladies wanted to get the word out about Breast Cancer Awareness and adorned their pumpkin in pink ribbons.

Hilary Lanman, Brittany Cruz, Paige Devine, and Rebekah Tyler painted a Purdue and PMO Halloween themed pumpkin. It was beautifully done and they won the most creative pumpkin!

These new women used this opportunity to express themselves as Sisters in Song. Even though it was only 1/3 of the new women it really demonstrated their unique characteristics but also their bond of friendship and unity. All of the pumpkins were fun and creative. The Fall Social was a great success!
