Center Stage: Glee Club in Whitefish Bay

The Glee Club kicked off Day 2 of our Fall Break tour at Le Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Some members played Tennis, watched the Purdue football game, or worked out. Here, Dan Gardiner’s mother explains the features of the club.

The Glee Club also enjoyed lunch at the club.

Senior Randy Sarnowski caught up on some much needed sleep at the club.

The Glee Club then left Le Club and headed to Whitefish Bay High School to set up and rehearse with the high school students who would join us later for the Battle Hymn of the Republic during the show.

After setup and rehearsal, we headed over to the Sprecher Brewery for dinner. We also enjoyed a tour of the facility.

Guests and Glee Clubbers alike return from the tour to enjoy a wonderful dinner.

Glee Clubbers and Guests enjoy newfound friends and fellowship over their meals.

It was then time for the Glee Club to return to the high school for a show. The Glee Club sure had a lot of energy after that wonderful meal.

Junior Jimmy O’Connor leads the group in “The Happy Wanderer.”

Senior and Manager of the Glee Club Jim Giberson sings the “Mississippi Squirrel Revival” much to the delight of the audience.

Assistant Manager and Whitefish Bay native Dan Gardiner lavalieres his mother at the show.

Everyone then gathered at the Gardiner’s for a get together after the show. Thanks again to the Gardiner’s for their wonderful hospitality.
