Center Stage: Purdue's Back to Class
Purdue's "Back to Class" program invites President's Council members to come and experience the university from the student perspective. PMO hosted a class this year during rehearsal!
To kick things off, PMO Director Bill Griffel talked through a typical day of a PMO student.
Glee Club junior Jim Giberson shared all about the Glee Club's recent performance tour in South Africa.
PMO Advisory Board member and President's Council member Larry Campbell taught us about the history of Purdue Musical Organizations.
Then, Senior Brittainy Reiff shared all the great ways PMO gets involved in the community, like the Purdue Cancer Benefit.
No day at PMO is complete without singing! Our guests had the chance to participate in a real PMO rehearsal!
The music performed in rehearsal served as a sneak peek into this year's 75th Anniversary Purdue Christmas Show.
Staying with the theme of back to class, PMO guests joined the students in singing the Purdue Alma Mater.
