Center Stage: Purdue Bells Winter Retreat
Saturday, January 18, 2014
On the first weekend after winter break, the Bells went to Franklin’s Grace United Methodist Church for a Bells winter retreat! Our first order of business? Taking formal pictures. Here manager Alyssa Choi and Bronze leaders Erin Myers and Moriah Yearwood pose for the camera.
After formal pictures are finished and everyone has changed, we set up for rehearsal.
Sophomores Amanda Peters and Katy Martin make faces at the camera while waiting for everyone to finish getting ready.
After a fun, but challenging, few hours of practice, we all gather to enjoy a delicious lunch.
After lunch we visit the “Silly Safari”, a fun activity put on for the kids of the church. Here senior Beth Boller holds a young crocodile.
Purdue Bells Director Rhonda is greatly enjoying getting to see the animals.
