Then, after the sound check concluded, the gentlemen of the Glee Club sit down for a wonderful meal to rejuvenate before the show.
:00 PM strikes, and the men of the Glee Club come running in to the venue ready to sing.
Director Bill Griffel starts the show by directing the piece "Ambassadors of Song."
Then, the Glee Club runs to the stage for their new opener "It's a Beautiful Day," with junior Ryan Smith singing the solo.
The Glee Club then sings the piece "Sure on This Shining Night," taking advantage of the practicing they did on the piece during sound check.
Senior Nick Miller helps lighten the mood as he sings about the antics of a rampaging squirrel in the song "Mississippi Squirrel Revival."
Then, the Glee Club starts off the final half of the show with the song "Life is a Highway."
A few songs later, the Glee Club takes a trip to the wonderful land of Oz in their retelling of "The Wizard of Oz."
