Center Stage: Glee Club in Winona Lake, IN
The men of the Glee Club gather outside in beautiful weather, ready to head off to another wonderful show.
Sophomore Seth Miller finishes his final check on the properties and closes up the storage bays before departure.
At the venue, the members of the Properties and Risers committees help to set up the stage at a breakneck pace.
After everything is all set up, Voiceovers takes the stage to warm up and check the sound on the condenser microphone.
Meanwhile in the back, Sound Tech Kaitlyn Tappenden helps to prep the sound levels for the show.
After the specialties finish their sound check, the Glee Club takes the stage to get a test run on a few songs.
Before the show starts, the Glee Club grabs a bite of dinner to keep their energy high for the start of the show.
Then, 7:30 strikes, the piano starts to play, and the Glee Club comes running in to "Ambassadors of Song."
To start off the show, the Glee Club takes the stage to the Michael Bublé hit, "It's a Beautiful Day."
Then after a few songs, Lighthouse comes down to unveil their new a-cappella number, "Low Down the Chariot."
Immediately following, the Glee Club performs the wonder Franz Biebl arrangement of "Ave Maria."
Then during the run-out, junior Austin Welch sings to one of the wonderful ladies of the audience.
After half time, the Glee Club takes the stage again to finish off the show.
Although not everything is joyful, as the Glee Club weeps for the sake of their "kleines Lamm" (little Lamb) in the song "Lambscapes."
Then at the end of the show, the Glee Club forms the famous "Block P" while singing the classic song "Strike Up the Band."
