Center Stage: European Tour Day 10
After a drive to Basel, Switzerland the group boards the TGV (train á grande vitesse) for the high speed train ride to Paris, France.
During the train ride students and guests get to experience this futuristic bullet train with speeds of up to 190 miles per hour!
Upon arriving in Paris, everyone boards busses for a bus tour through the city seeing all the sights.
The Arc de Triomphe is one of the sights the bus took tour members by.
At Napolean's Tomb members are able to get off of the bus and get pictures. Here, seniors Aaron Bourdage, Matt Hanauer, and Chrissy Kvachkoff pose in front of the decadent tomb.
Director of Operations Steve Schlenk and former Account Clerk Kim Van Meter take this chance to get a picture together.
Annette Lamb, Purdue's Director of Development, braves the weather to get some photos at one of the stops.
The tour ends at the base of the Eiffel Tower, where students can stretch their legs before going to dinner and then settling in at the last hotel of the trip.
