Center Stage: Glee Club with Indianapolis Children's Choir
Arriving at Hilbert Circle Theatre, the Glee Club sees some familiar faces on posters advertising the event.
Just outside the doors of the theatre is the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument right in the heart of Monument Circle.
The Glee Club takes a moment after arriving to settle in backstage.
Before the 3:00 show, all of the choirs in the show gather together to run through "Oh, What A Beautiful City!"
The Glee Club then uses their warm up opportunity to get acquainted with the venue and find their path to the stage.
The Glee Club finishes soundchecking after singing through a few numbers they will perform in the show.
Finally, the first show of the evening starts, as the Glee Club surrounds the audience to "Brothers Sing On".
The group then takes the stage to start their portion of the show with the song "Joyful, Joyful".
A little bit of extra energy exudes from the group as they turn out, facing the audience.
The Glee Club sings one of the songs that will be featured in Paris at their Notre Dame mass, "Ave Maria."
Junior Mark Spence, an ICC graduate, comes down to the microphone to sing "When You're Smiling."
Meanwhile, the rest of the group runs out and sings to some of the lovely ladies in the audience.
The group then retakes the stage to finish off their portion of the program.
To end the show, all of the choirs from the program join together to sing "Oh, What A Beautiful City!"
A few hours later, it starts all over again, as the Glee Club runs in for their portion of the 7:00 show.
The Glee Club takes the stage and sings a different set of songs chosen for the second show.
As the show concludes all of the ICC directors take the stage and join in with their choirs in the final bows.
Although the concert may have been exciting and full of energy, the roads outside are a bit of a different picture.
As the Glee Club returns to campus, a serene calm exudes over Purdue, with a massive blanket of snow quilting the entirety of the university as night arises
