Center Stage: Glee Club in Washington D.C. and Maryland Day 3

To start off the day, each member of the Glee Club receives their own ticket to the inauguration.

A few hours before the inauguration, the crowds are already building up fast.

Finally, after a long pass through security and long lines, the Capitol Building is in sight.

Patriotism can be found all around as the start of the inauguration ceremony draws near.
Up on the Capitol Building, everyone is seated and the inauguration finally starts.
The 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, is sworn in for his second term.
The crowd cheers with jubilee as President Obama finishes his oath and officially begins his second term of office.
As the ceremony draws to a close, the crowds begin to pour out of the area.
Freshman Mitch Esposito crams onto a crowded train on the way back to the hotel.
The Glee Club rests in the hotel lobby before a long ride back home to Purdue.
Everyone makes themselves cozy for a long ride back to campus, at the end of an exciting weekend.
