Center Stage: Glee Club Spring Performance Tour - Day 6
Tuesday, March 15, 2011

The Glee Club started off Day 6 of their Spring Break Tour with a early afternoon arrival to the Village Church at Shell Point and were welcomed by their own action shot!

The Properties committee readied the stage for the two shows of the day.

Three of the guys tape the sound board snake down so no one will trip on it.

The Boiler Boys do a quick sound check after the stage is ready.

Voiceovers warmed up next.

After the group sound check, snacks were provided before the first show.

Sophomores Matt Hanauer and Chris Soverns help themselves to the spread of food.

Next was showtime! The first show of the day started at 2:15 PM. The guys surround the church to start the show.

The Silver Loop Singers take the stage during the show.

New Man Klint Dougherty sings the run out to a lucky member of the audience.

Flashbacks celebrate another great show.

Ba-Na-Na waits outside ready to go in for their set.

After show #1, the Glee Club enjoyed some down time and then a wonderful dinner. The guys make their way to dinner from the church.

Everyone had a great time at dinner.

Before show #2, the guys enjoyed some more down time and tossed a Frisbee around in the parking lot.

The men of the Glee Club and Director Bill Griffel and Assistant Director Ted Arthur pose for a quick photo in front of the beautiful tree in front of the church’s main entrance.

During the show, Sophomore Matt Lancaster sings the run out to Sonya Eddy, PMO founder Al Stewart’s daughter.

New Man Roy Johnson had his moment and was called to be the featured soloist on the run out song.

The gentlemen of the Glee Club wrapped up another great show on their Spring Break Tour.

Daily Student Perspective - Day 6: Junior Billy Thiedeman
What a great trip to Southwest Florida it's been so far! We are now 9 shows down and 4 to go for the tour, but we're in such a great groove that the guys are making each show better than the last. We had 2 shows today at Shell Point Retirement Community and the audience couldn't have loved it more! We're looking forward to the rest of the week with much anticipation. Now it's time to go back to our homestays and get some rest for tomorrow’s activities!
