Center Stage:Glee Club in Brownsburg

The Glee Club traveled to Brownsburg,IN. and sang at Westlake Church of Christ.

The guy sang many of their favorite sacred songs, including the Hymn Medley and “Joshua Fit the Battle of Jericho.”

After the services at Westlake, it was on to Connection Pointe Christian Church for a delicious meal before the show.

After lunch, it was time to set up the properties and get everything ready for the show.

The crowd packed into Connection Pointe’s worship center to enjoy the Glee Club.

The gentlemen put on yet another high energy show for an excited audience.

Assistant Director Ted Arthur provides accompaniment for the guys.

Senior Phoenix Lyons took this opportunity to lavaliere his mother at his home church, one of the Glee Club’s most important traditions.

Lighthouse raised the roof with “God’s Building a Church.”

Senior Jimmy O’Connor performs “The Happy Wanderer” in his lederhosen.

Junior Michael Blakley sings “When You’re Smilin’.”

Freshman Brett Stockman serenades a lucky lady in the audience.

Ba-na-na rocks the stage with their Elvis Medley.

Senior David Pierrat plays the drums.

Flashbacks get funky with a little “Old Time Rock ‘n Roll.”

Senior Jacob Ludwig also laveliered his mother in his hometown.

The guys unveil “Stars and Stripes Forever,” a patriotic song by John Philip Sousa that they’ve been working on.

Glee Club Director Bill Griffel thanks the audience for coming before the Glee Club sings its favorite song, “Hail Purdue.”

After the show, the guys mingle with audience members and sing a few more songs, including “Whiffenpoof.”
