Center Stage:Glee Club at Northwood High School

Sophomores Aaron Bourdage, Matt Hanauer, and Matt Lancaster wait to board the buses to head the Goshen, IN.

Upon arrival, the men of the Glee Club were treated to dinner at Trinity Lutheran Church.

The next morning, the Glee Club returned to Trinity Lutheran after a night with homestays to lead two worship services.

The guys sang Cry Out and Shout as the introit to the service.

They continued with “Lord, Listen to your Children Praying”.

PMO and Purdue Varsity Glee Club director Bill Griffel leads the group in song.

After a half hour drive from the church, the Glee Club was welcomed to the Northwood High School in Nappanee, IN.

New Man Danny Hartman sets up the main speakers at Northwood High School.

The merchandise committee sets up the merchandise stand before the snow.

Programs wait to be distributed to patrons.

Junior Colin Smith sings to a lucky lady of the audience during the run out song.

The Glee Club sings the West Lafayette Song while Assistant Director Ted Arthur gives directions to the band.

The guys perform the old favorite “Prayer” from Lohengrin.

Director Bill Griffel introduces the Northwood High School Choir.

The choir joined the Glee Club on “Battle Hymn of the Republic.”

Assistant Director Ted Arthur accompanies the song.

The Glee Club thanks Dean DeVoe and the Purdue Club of Elkhart County for bringing us to Nappanee, IN.

The Glee Club ended the show with the new crowd favorite, “Strike up the Band.”

The Glee Club then joined the audience for a wonderful catered dinner after the show.
