Center Stage: Purduettes at Westminster Village
Thursday, November 4, 2010
The ladies started their show with "It Don't Mean a Thing."
Director Jeff Vallier introduces the next song before leading the ladies.
Senior Emily Grimm talks with a lucky gentleman in the audience before singing a run-out to him.
Freshman Audrey Bengert sings a run out, "This Can't be Love." Every audience member reacts differently to the ladies singing to them. At Westminster Village the audience really enjoyed meeting some of the girls in person.
The Barbershoppers including Sophomore Alyssa Prast, Seniors Katie Watson and Alyssa Beatty, and Junior Ashlea Lidester sing one of their a cappella tunes.
The soprano section sings a crowd favorite to the audience.
Senior Courtney Petro informs the audience they set her soul on fire in "Signed, Sealed, Delivered."
At the end of the show, the ladies sing, "I'm Checking Out."
Junior Brittany Cruz talks to an audience member who is a Purdue alum after the show. The Purduettes can't wait to sing at Westminster Village again next year!
