Booking an Ensemble
Thank you for your interest in our program! Purdue Musical Organizations relies on performance revenue to fund our operating expenses. Without the support we receive from our generous show sponsors, we would not be able to provide our student performers with scholarships and awards, costume subsidies, travel opportunities and much, much more.
No matter what the occasion, PMO has an ensemble or specialty group (soloist, trio, quartet, etc.) to take your event from ordinary to extraordinary! We are able to travel almost anywhere to add excitement to your event.
Begin the booking process for a PMO ensemble today by contacting our Director of Donor Relations & Events Lance Connolly at 765-494-3945.
PMO is the top resource for all your entertainment needs offering a wide range of entertainment for your dollar! Professionally tailored performances for:
- University and corporate functions
- Conventions and conferences
- School assemblies and convocations
- Community programs
- Arts organizations
- Private events
- Church events and worship services
- And more!
If you are ready to book your entertainment from PMO, please have the following information ready:
- Date and time of your event
- Length of your entertainment needs
- Approximate audience size
- Type of event
- Venue/location of the performance
Typically, PMO does not book performances during winter break (December) or during the summer (May through August) because the students are not available.
You can download press kits for the Purdue Varsity Glee Club, Purduettes, Purdue Bells and Purdue Christmas Show which include high-resolution photos and background information which can be used to promote your booking.
If needed, you are welcome to contact the Purdue Alumni Association for assistance with promoting your show to Purdue Alumni in your area. Please contact Chad Johnson, Purdue Alumni Association Chief Operations Officer, at (765) 494-2603. Please note the Alumni Association is not able to help promote shows for causes outside of Purdue University.
Again, thank you for your interest in our program. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our Director of Donor Relations & Events Lance Connolly at 765-494-3945 or toll free at 800-893-3041.
We look forward to hearing from you!
