Organizational Chart
Robert K. Beck III, Training Manager, has responsibilities for managing the training efforts within Physical Facilities Training Department. He has been involved in the field of training in a number of capacities for 20 years. Bob received his Bachelor's Degree from Northwestern University in the field of Communications and Social Psychology and a Master's Degree from Purdue University in Training and Development and Organizational Communication. Bob has several professional certifications, including Human Performance Improvement by American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).

Jon D. Biggs, Training Specialist, shares the responsibility for the development and delivery of Technical and Skill-based Training Programs, and coordinates OSHA mandated training with REM. Jon has a Bachelor's degree from Purdue, is a certified Zenger Miller facilitator and is certified in Human Performance Improvement (HPI) by American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).

Lisa M. Bittles, Instructional Design Specialist, is responsible for maintaining the quality of design standards for Physical Facilities Training Department and is coordinator of EAGLE. She has a wide range of work experience in the private and public sector. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and a Masters Degree in Instructional Design, both from Purdue University, and is certified in HPI by ASTD.

Donna Janssen, Secretary, is the support staff member for PF Training, and coordinator for QSP training, Leadership Academy, and Physical Facilities New Employee Orientation. Donna also oversees the input of training data into the Training Server database.

Dan A. Larson, Training Specialist, is the newest member to the Physical Facilities Training Department. Dan brings with him 26 years of law enforcement experience from Purdue Police Department. His real life experience compliments his ability to provide training in the areas of New Employee Orientation, QSP Core training, and his experiences fit in well with our team training initiatives within the Physical Facilities Training Department. Dan brings with him specific knowledge in the area of Workplace Violence Awareness Training. His knowledge in creating and designing PowerPoint Presentations is available to anyone in Physical Facilities needing assistance in the creation and implementation of training programs.
