EAGLE Program
The EAGLE program is a 23-week program designed to give those interested in frontline supervision a hint of what it takes for that role.  Facilitated by selected supervisors and subject matter experts, these sessions provide the tools and skills to aid potential frontline supervisors.

Giving Direction for the 21st Century


A new initiative for the development of  Physical Facilities Supervisors is the Leadership Academy.  The goal of the Leadership Academy is to continue equipping those in leadership positions with the tools for success.  The course offerings in the Leadership Academy are developed based upon Personal Development plans and needs assessment.
