Clerical and Service Staff Advisory Committee
PF CSSAC is no longer a separate committee from the University CSSAC. Physical Facilities is represented on the CSSAC committee by four Physical Facilities employees. Please feel free to contact them to offer input regarding matters within Physical Facilities or at the University. The CSSAC members will communicate these matters to Physical Facilities Administration or through the main CSSAC group, whichever is suitable. The four Physical Facilities representatives are:

Selection Process
Bi-weekly staff interested in serving on the Clerical and Service Staff Advisory Committee are asked to complete an application, providing their name, department and why they would like to be considered for the committee. Approval by the staff member's supervisor is required. Completed applications are to be sent to the current PFCSSAC Chairperson.
The applications then will be forwarded to the Screening Committee comprised of the Physical Facilities Senior Directors and the HR Team Leader.
To be considered for selection to PFCSSAC applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be a Physical Facilities Clerical and Service staff employee.
- Classified as “regular” employee with one year Physical Facilities experience.
- Have no performance issues.
- Have indicated interest by completing an application for membership directed to the PFCSSAC Membership Subcommittee.
The Membership Subcommittee shall make the selection.
New members shall be officially appointed to the Committee by the Senior Director for Administrative Support and Auxiliary Services, based on the recommendation from the Director of Human Resources for Physical Facilities, Senior Directors and the Physical Facilities Clerical and Service Staff Membership Subcommittee.
Successful applicants will serve three (3) year terms on PFCSSAC.
Attendance at monthly meetings is expected. Representatives have the responsibility of arranging with their supervisors and/or department heads for attendance at meetings. Supervisors and/or department heads will arrange work schedules to permit members of this committee to attend meetings in pay status. Meetings will normally take approximately four (4) hours per month.
