Services for Mailing, Shipping/Receiving and Distribution.
We have provided these definitions for your reference when utilizing
our services. |

| Mail |
| |
Global Express Mail |
| |
Global Express Mail is an international expedited
shipping option. It is available from almost all retail locations
throughout the United States. Global Express Mail offers reliable,
affordable shipping to thousands of destinations in more than
190 countries/territories worldwide. |
| Priority Mail |
| |
Express
mail offers overnight service to many destinations that is
guaranteed or your money back.
Express
Mail is delivered to many locations 365 days a year including
weekends and holidays – at no extra charge – and
delivered next day by noon to select locations. |
| First-Class Mail |
| |
First-Class Mail is used for personal and business
correspindence. Any mailable item may be sent as First-Class
Mail. It includes postcards, letters, large envelopes and small
packages. The maximum weight is 13 ounces. Pieces over 13 ounces
can be sent as Priority Mail. The minimum size for First-Class
Mail is 5 inches long, 3.5 inches high and 0.007 inch thick.
Pieces weighting 1 ounce or less may be subject to the nonmachinable
surcharge. |

Package Services is a class of
mail primarily intended for merchandise, catalogs and other
printed
material. Package Services does not receive expedited service.
There are four subclasses of Package Services (see below).
Each subclass is best suited for a certain kind of mail, so
be sure
to pick the one that best suits you mailing. Package Services
does not include free forwarding and return, but mailers can
use ancillary service endorsements to tell the Postal Service
how to treat undeliverable mail. You can enhance the service
and convenience of Package Services by adding special services
such as insurance and Delivery Confirmation (available
for a small fee).

Printed Matter |

Consist
of advertising, promotional, directory or editorial
material (or any combination of such material). |

Be
securely bound by permanent fastenings such as staples,
spiral binding, glue or stitching. Looseleaf binders
and similar fastenings are not considered permanent. |

Consist
of sheets of which at least 90% are imprinted by any
process other than handwriting or typewriting with
words, letters, characters, figures or images (or any
combination of them). |
| d. |
Not
have the nature of personal correspondence. |

Not
be stationery, such as pads of blank printed forms. |

| Media
Mail |
Generally used for books (at least eight pages), film,
printed music, printed test materials, sound recordings,
play scripts, printed educational charts, loose-leaf pages
and binders consisting of medical information, and computer-readable
media. Advertising restrictions apply. |

Mail |
Used by qualifying institutions like libraries, universities,
zoos, and research institutions to mail educational and research
material. |

namely, Purdue University. The vendor retians ownership until
Purdue receives goods as okay. It is the responsibility of
the shipper (seller) to file the claim. We pay the freight
charges. |

The
merchandise belongs to Purdue the instant it is loaded on
a freight truck. We are responsible for filing claim for
any shortages or damages incurred during transit. Because
we own the merchandise, we are responsible for transit/freight
charges.
