U.S. mail that can be read with automated equipment is sorted
by the U.S. Post Office according to
the new address, and is delivered intact to most campus buildings
by the Materials Distribution Services (MDS). To assure prompt delivery,
correspondence should include a complete address in the new University's
standard
official format (see below). |
