The Capital Projects Council (CPC), chaired by President France
Córdova, reviews and approves all Purdue projects for the construction of new facilities and new uses of University land. In addition, the Council reviews facilities additions, renovations and/or capital improvement projects estimated to cost $500,000 or more. The Council generally meets every couple of months.
In order to ensure that this process runs smoothly, we are sharing the following information on process, forms and schedules. Since there often are a large number of complex proposals to process for each meeting, early submission is recommended and appreciated.
Prior to submission, the CPC forms and supporting documentation must first be reviewed and approved by your Department Head, Dean/Fiscal Officer and the President's Direct Report, as appropriate. Forms and related documents then should be submitted to Larry Fusaro, University Architect, according to the CPC Calendar below.
If you have questions regarding completion of the forms or the process, please contact Larry Fusaro, (765) 494-8003, in the Office of the University Architect or Ken Sandel, (765) 494-0990, in the Office of the Executive Vice President and Treasurer.
