Scope: Phase 5 is the renovation of the main floor of the west wing of Lilly Hall of Life Sciences (resuming Repair and Rehabilitation renovations begun prior to 2001). This project will have three phases of construction in order to accommodate the users occupation of spaces and to maintain egress to those space not being renovated. Renovation to include labs, offices, corridors, restrooms, and stairwells. Supply air and exhaust air systems also will be upgraded.

Construction Finish: September 30, 2010
