Project Title: Harrison Hall Sprinkler System and Air Conditioning Renovation - 2009

Scope:
A sprinkler system will be installed to improve life safety, and the fire alarm will be upgraded as necessary to support the sprinkler system in Harrison Hall. Air conditioning will be installed in all student rooms, including adequate make-up air to place the building envelope under positive pressure. This project will architecturally upgrade student room closets, window sills, and upgrade student room entry doors and hardware. Areas will be re-plastered and re-painted to accommodate disrupted architectural finishes and modifications. Construction will take place during the summers of 2009, 2010, and 2011.
