Milestones:

• Upcoming shutdowns:
  • Lilly West: The 240 volt three phase electrical service will be shutdown on Friday, November 20, 2009, at 9 p.m., until Saturday, November 21, 2009, at 5 p.m. This will affect items such as fume hoods, chemical storage in fume hoods, exhaust fans, AHUs, elevator #3 and occurs in the west wing of the building.
  • Lilly Penthouse south : Monday November 23 at 5:30 p.m. This one will last for approximately 1-2 hours and will only affect the penthouse 230 volt three phase.
  • Lilly West : Monday November 30 at 7 p.m. This one will shutdown the entire west wing and will last for 1-2 hours.
  • Lilly South: Friday December 4 at 6 p.m. This one will shutdown the entire south wing and will last for 2-4 hours.
• Lilly South laydown:
  
  On November 30 and December 1, 8 spots on each side (16 total) of the parking lot between Lilly and Smith Halls will be blocked. From December 2 through the end of the project, only 7 spots on the west side and 3 spots on the east side (10 total) will be blocked.
