UPDATED: Yeager Road and Northwestern Avenue Closure

Effective Tuesday, May 15, Yeager Road closed to through traffic and Northwestern Avenue was closed to northbound through traffic. Motorists should use State Road 26 to State Road 43 to State Road 443 to US 52 as an alternate route north. Local traffic may use Lindberg Road, Anthrop Drive, and Sycamore Lane.

The closure is in place to allow for the construction of a new roundabout and will be in effect until approximately July 27, weather permitting.

Beginning Thursday, July 19, southbound traffic on Northwestern Avenue will shift to the east side of the roundabout allowing crews to complete work on the west side of the roundabout.

Residences and businesses along Yeager Road north of the new roundabout will have ever-changing access through the construction site from Anthrop Drive and from Sagamore Parkway.
