UPDATE: US 52 Project Restricts Lanes

Eastbound and westbound traffic on US 52 will switch to the newly construction pavement this coming Friday night, August 31.

Lane Restrictions began on March 22 on US 52 near Duncan Road and Schuyler Avenue in Lafayette for the US 52 reconstruction from the Wabash River Bridge to just west of Schuyler Avenue. The project also includes rebuiling the CSX Railroad Bridges. Other improvements as part of the reconstruction will include shoulder, curbs and gutters, drainage structure, culvert, guardrail, and sign replacement.

This project is scheduled to be completed in late November 2012.
