Building Emergency Plan (BEP) Developer Summit on Jan. 3
The Campus Emergency Preparedness and Planning Office is hosting the 6th annual Building Emergency Plan Summit on January 3, 2013 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. The Summit will be held in Armstrong 1010.
The forum is designed to assist anyone who has been assigned the task of developing or revising their building’s emergency plan. This year, the summit will include a presentation on building floor plans, a weather update, a review of the Building Emergency Plan program, and a question/answer time with public safety officials. The primary objectives are to provide assistance and direction to BEP developers.
We recommend that all Building Emergency Plan developers attend the meeting to review the BEP program, discuss “what’s new” and provide any feedback on the overall process.
All Purdue University buildings are required to have a Building Emergency Plan. The plan should be reviewed and updated annually.
