Welcome to the Physical Facilities Fiscal Affairs (PFFA) Office.
Our mission is to enable, serve, and support Physical Facilities by providing timely and accurate information about University resources, giving clear direction, offering thoughtful guidance, and delivering quality services.
Our vision is to deliver excellent business and support services, while maintaining compliance that enables Physical Facilities and Business Services to achieve their goals. We do this by being partners and team members of Physical Facilities that provide strategic, creative, and innovative solutions to fiscal situations.
Energy and Construction
How We Serve You
The Fiscal Affairs team coordinates and supervises all business aspects for Energy and Construction. We report on management of accounts and have final approval on all documents. We ensure that funds are available, the person requesting the goods is eligible to commit department funds, and that the purchase is allowable, reasonable, and allocable. We handle specialized areas such as; purchased utilities, energy coservation, retro commissioning, and fiscal management of all construction accounting processes. We establish the construction accounts and budgets in the financial system and also provide technical and financial management of those accounts.
We process and approve: Payroll, Procurement, Payments, Contracts and Work Orders.
