Vehicle Check-In
Transportation Service in conjunction with the department of Risk Management is responsible for assigning University Vehicle numbers to all University vehicles, and will arrange for licensed University vehicles to receive the appropriate University markings per specifications by Marketing and Media.
All newly acquired University Vehicles (new, used, purchased, or donated) must be inspected by Transportation Service to begin the process of applying for title, plates, and registration. Once a University vehicle registration and license plates are received, Risk Management will provide a copy to the Department to be kept in the University vehicle at all times.
Regional Campuses
Regional campuses are responsible for their new vehicle inspections and should forward all paperwork to Transportation Service, PFSB, for processing.
