Shop Services
Transportation Shop Service provides the skilled personnel, gas, oil, and automotive supplies necessary for the maintenance, repair, and daily operation of University owned vehicles on the West Lafayette campus and other University areas.
Services Available 
- Shop mechanical services for the repair andmaintenance of University owned vehicles and equipment. View the variety of vehicles serviced by Transportation.
- Preventative maintenance and annual safety inspection reminders to the
staff contact/responsible party.
- Wrecker and emergency road service.
- Service station fuel pumps with Unleaded gasoline and Bio Diesel Fuel.
- Fuel cards to provide self-service, pay-at-the-pump, convenience.
- Oil and other automotive supplies can be purchased.
- An automatic car wash is available which will handle small trucks, vans, and automobiles of any size.
Scheduling
- Repair or maintenance work can be pre-arranged by phone; however vehicles may be delivered to Transportation Service without prior notice.
- All service charges are handled by submitting the following information to the shop service manager:
- University billing account number
- Department/Building
- Contact Person
- Vehicle number
