Charter Bus Reservations

Making Reservations

Call 494-6550 to make bus reservations as far in advance as possible.
Prepare a President's Office Form 17 (Request to Travel) for individuals as required by your business office.
Prepare Transportation Form 1B ( Purdue University Bus Request). An original Form 1B with approval signatures is needed in advance of the trip to schedule drivers and plan routes. An itinerary is required for all overnight trips (no later than one week prior to departure) or trips with multiple stops.
Multiple buses for a single trip may be requested on a single Form 1B.

Changes/Confirmations

Notify Bus Service with any changes regarding the scheduled trip, or to confirm reservations.

Cancellations

Notification of trip cancellations must be phoned in at least 72 hours prior to the planned departure, and should be confirmed in writing by faxing to 496-1374. Late cancellations may result in charges.
