Staff and Faculty Parking
A staff member is any person who is employed by the University in any capacity other than student employment and not taking more than seven credit hours.

Reserve Permits may only be purchased by those holding positions designated as eligible by the President of the University.
“A”and “B” permits may be purchased by any regularly employed staff or faculty member. “A” and “B” permits are transferrable and may be used in any vehicle. Permit holder is responsible for any violations issued to vehicles displaying their permit. Permits may be used by issuee only.
“ID” permits are valid in any “A” or “B” space (enforced 7AM-5PM) during the hours of 3PM-5PM and 7AM-8AM only. “ID” permits are valid for one vehicle only and must be affixed to the windshield to be valid. Staff must purchase an ID permit for EACH vehicle they will be parking on campus.
Each applicant should submit an appropriately signed and completed form, available from Parking Facilities, along with any other required documents to the Parking Facilities Office. Regularly employed staff and faculty have the option for pre-tax payroll deduction for the parking permit. Students employed in Graduate Staff positions may also choose pre-tax payroll deduction. Temporary, adjunct and student staff are not eligible for payroll deduction. Payroll deduction is not available for those purchasing “ID” permits.
Permits must be returned to Parking Facilities upon ineligibility, including termination of employment. Use or possession of forged, stolen, altered, transferred or invalid permits may result in a citation, immobilization and/or towing of the vehicle, criminal charges and/or disciplinary action through the University. No refunds will be issued after March 1st.
