Family Day, scheduled each fall on a football weekend, offers families the opportunity to visit with their sons or daughters, President Jischke, administrators, faculty, students, and other families. It is sponsored by the Purdue Student Union Board and the Purdue Memorial Union.

The 2006 Family Day on Saturday, September 9, will feature:

  • 7:00-9:00 a.m. Information Table, Purdue Memorial Union
  • 9:00 a.m. Pancake breakfast hosted by President Martin C. Jischke
  • 9:00 a.m. School Visits
  • TBA Purdue vs. Miami ( Ohio ) football game
  • 4:00-6:00 p.m. Boilermaker Barbecue
  • 7:00-10:30 p.m. Family Night Out - At the Purdue Memorial Union and Stewart Center
