The Repair and Rehabilitation office oversees the R&R Program for academic/administrative buildings and infrastructure on the Purdue University campus. The senior R&R and Data Program manager serves as the liaison between the State and the Purdue University system in all related system-wide matters, and is also a member of the Capital Coordinating Committee. In addition, the R&R unit:
- Develops lists of prioritized projects
- Schedules R&R building inspections
- Maintains R&R deferred backlog
- Develops annual R&R reports
- Total Deferred R&R Backlog (DRR)
- Facilities Condition Index (FCI)
- Current Replacement Value (CRV) of physical assets
- Develops R&R system wide biennial Capital Improvement Budget Request
- Develops and oversees the R&R Matching Fund Program
