Political Activities
It is consistent with the interests of the University
that Purdue employees be permitted to participate in
the political and governmental activities of their home
communities, under conditions that assure that the University
will not become directly involved in any political activities
or suffer from undue diversion of the interests of its
employees. Therefore, considerations appropriately governing
political activity are stated in Executive Memorandum
B-4 or Academic Procedure Manual, page N-103.
Employees seeking office or campaigning for others
should consult Executive Memorandum B-4 for
the administrative regulations governing such action.
