Employment Contracts, Employment
Terminations, and Nonrenewal of Contracts
Upon accepting a position at Purdue University, each
member of the faculty, continuing lecturers, and the
administrative and professional staffs is required to
sign an agreement of appointment governing the terms
and conditions of employment. Upon termination or nonrenewal
of appointment, the person will be given notice on a
prescribed University form. See the appendices for samples
of the employment contracts, terminations, and nonrenewal
notices.
