Purdue University’s 591-acre Research Park was
developed by the Purdue Research Foundation. It is
located at the junction of Northwestern Avenue and
Sagamore Parkway West, less than five minutes’ driving
time from campus. The park has 140 tenants representing
various business enterprises and including 90 high-tech
firms. The park provides fully improved sites for sale,
lease, or lease-back arrangements for research facilities,
pilot plants, or a combination of research, office,
and limited production and assembly. High-speed fiber
optic lines connect the park to campus and provide
access to researchers and research data worldwide.
