Your role in the OnePurdue systems determines what you have access to see and do. Because OnePurdue training has been designed to address tasks performed by those with specific roles, employees will attend just those courses tailored to their roles. The course catalogs and training “matrices” on these training pages offer curricula guidance for specific roles and/or positions.
Training will be provided in a variety of formats appropriate to the topic, audience, timeframe in which it is to be presented, and whether the sponsors wish to track their staffs’ course completion. These include online courses; hands-on, classroom sessions; recorded showcases and demos; and Web-based learning resources. By developing training in this way, Purdue staff members will learn the new OnePurdue systems in the most comprehensive and efficient way possible.
Although new employees will arrive and existing employees’ roles may change in the future, OnePurdue and individual departments will work with staff members to ensure they get the training they need to perform their jobs in the new work environments.
