What does Release 1 include?
The first release of OnePurdue in February 2007 was composed of financial applications for the following:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Funds Management
- Grants Management
- Plant Maintenance
- Inventory and Warehouse Management
- Project Systems
- Fixed Assets
- General Ledger
Release 1 is critical to every department, including every school and college, on each campus. If a department buys office supplies, pays out or receives money, has computers, maintains inventories, or has its facilities repaired, this release is relevant to it. If anyone in an academic department does research, orders equipment, or applies for grants, learning about Release 1 is vital to them as well.
Release 1 also included the following human resource components:

- OnePurdue SAP data (Excel)
This document lists the complete OnePurdue staff, including filled positions and staff members who have left since Dec. 15, 2006. This is the data that needs to be validated to ensure that all Enterprise Structure, Job, and Assignment data are correct.
- Legacy/OnePurdue Data Comparison Issues (Excel)
An automated comparison of OnePurdue and legacy data found issues that need to be reviewed. This file contains the questionable data discovered during the comparison.
- Organizational Unit crosswalk (Excel)
This crosswalk shows the match between the current department number and the new organization number.
- OnePurdue Job to Legacy Position crosswalk (Excel)
This crosswalk shows the match between a OnePurdue Job back to its legacy position.
- Enterprise Structure (PDF)
This defines the values of the Enterprise Structure: Personnel Area, Personnel Subarea, Employee Group, Employee Subgroup, and Payroll Area.
- Payroll Administrator (Excel)
This document is the list of payroll administrators.
- R1 Data Validation and Correction process (Excel)
This spreadsheet describes a detected error and forms that need to be completed to correct the error.
- R1 HR Data Validation Corrections worksheet (Word)
This links to the Information Change form used to correct data in Payroll Administrator or Payroll Area, but only if not in conjunction with an Action change.
