What is Employee Self-Service?

Employee Self-Service (ESS) is a convenient, secure and user-friendly resource accessed online through the OnePurdue (SAP) portal. It will not only enable University faculty and staff, including student employees, to see their individual records, but also provide tools to give them more control of their personal information.

Anyone wanting to access the OnePurdue portal and ESS page must:

Accessing Employee Self-Service

1. Access ESS through the OnePurdue portal. (A link to the portal is also on the OnePurdue home page.)

2. Enter your Career Account username and password.

3. Click the “Log on” button.

4. Click the “Employee Self-Service” tab.
