2017 Focus Award Nominations

The Office of Institutional Equity is seeking nominations for this year’s Focus Awards. The Focus Awards are given annually to those affiliated with Purdue University who have made an outstanding contribution in furtherance of the University’s commitment to disability accessibility and disability diversity initiatives. 

One award is offered in each of the following categories: faculty, staff, student, and organization. Nominations of alumni and retirees will also be considered.

The 2017 Focus Awards will be presented at the Disability Awareness Month reception on Thursday, March 2, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in the West Faculty Lounge of the Purdue Memorial Union on the West Lafayette campus.  

To submit a nomination for the 2017 Focus Award, please complete the nomination form and return it by email to cmccormick@purdue.edu or campus mail to Office of Institutional Equity, Young Hall (YONG), 10th Floor by Thursday, January 26, 2017.
