Career Assessments/Personality Tests

For students wishing to take career or personality assessments, referrals are provided by counselors in the Office of the Dean of Students, Schleman Hall, Room 207 or from a Career Services consultant at the Center for Career Opportunities located in Stewart Center, Room 194. Students may take an assortment of career tests. Please contact the Testing Center for fees.

Listed below are the tests offered:

  1. Strong Interest Inventory
  2. Major-Minor-Finder
  3. Self Directed Search (SDS)
  4. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
  5. NEO Personality Inventory
  6. Personality Research Form (PRF)

CLEP

College Level Examination Program - Tests are administered year round by appointment. All CLEP Exams will be offered at the Testing Center. Please call(765) 494-1145 for current fees and to schedule an exam appointment.

Test Proctoring

For the following Purdue Independent Study courses:  BIO 121, EAS 104, EAS 120 & MGMT 200.  Proctoring services are available by appointment: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. There is no fee for this service.

All other Distance Ed exams are now given through Distance Learning in Room G59 at Stewart Center.  Please visit the following website for additional information:  https://www.distance.purdue.edu/exam/request.asp
