Parenting Seminar ~ Presented by Ben Salazar, M.S., Psychology Intern, Counseling and Psychological Services
Do you feel guilty for the time that school takes away from parenting and/or the time parenting takes away from doing coursework as thoroughly as you would like? Do you feel the quality of everything you do suffers because of all the responsibilities you have and your life roles you must balance?
This seminar will help students learn skills around parenting, time/stress management, and juggling various roles effectively.
