• Not sure what classes to take to begin your academic career? Meet with a Span Plan counselor prior to meeting with your academic advisor. The Span Plan counselor will:
  • assist you with making course selections and investigating prerequisites
  • direct you toward basic classes that will apply to most majors on campus if you are uncertain of your direction
  • provide you with the necessary reources to assist you in making well informed academic decisions
  • direct you to campus and online resources to keep your academic career as smooth sailing as possible
  • refer you to remedial classes, workshops, and supportive resources as needed
  • help you to identify questions you may need to discuss with your academic advisor
  • refer you to study skills classes as needed
