Tier 4, similar to Tier 1, is once again a structured program within the Leadership Journey.  Our aim is to provide students with definite structure their first and last years at Purdue will help launch them first on their leadership journey at Purdue and, secondly, propel them on the leadership journey that will last throughout their lifetime.
            This program is composed of several aspects, one of which includes seminars that allow students to learn about their professional lives before leaving Purdue.  With valuable information on topics such as insurance benefits, financial planning, and leadership in the work place, senior students will surely gain confidence to navigate their new lives after graduation.  The Senior Capstone Experience provides students with the opportunity to reflect on their leadership at Purdue and translate these meaningful experiences into goals for their future as leaders.
