The Faskillitator Leadership Consulting Program was formed to give students the chance to facilitate skill development in student organizations at Purdue University. Faskilitators are students who facilitate the skills of other students through the Office of the Dean of Students. Faskillitators are peer leadership consultants who assist student leaders in organizational management focusing on group dynamics, . In addition to event planning, Faskillitators are experts at running meetings, developing retreats, and conducting icebreakers and energizers.
Faskillitators are available to assist student organizations on a student-to-student level. Whether it is through a one-one meeting, a workshop, or a phone conversation, Faskillitators are ready to help organizations work. Some examples of past workshops include:
