The museum needs volunteers to help with landscape and yard maintenance. Volunteers may also help visitors to the galleries and in the gift shop. Periodically during the year, between exhibits, volunteers can help paint the interior walls of the museum.

Services for the community include: cultural events, educational presentations about the Latino culture, providing volunteers for other organizations in Tippecanoe County.
