Purdue Research Park-based IT consulting firm sharpens its focus

October 11, 2010

INDIANAPOLIS - Michelle Burton, founder and president of CoreTech Revolution, on Monday (Oct. 11) announced that the company will focus its products and services primarily on clients in the health-care sector.

Officials at CoreTech Revolution have more than 26 combined years in providing technology integration services for its health-care sector clients. The company -- based at the Purdue Research Park of Indianapolis -- provides project management, implements vendor applications and develops custom applications for its clients.

"Our clients range from medical device companies and private physician practices to larger health care-related organizations like Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Clarian Health and Ascension Health," Burton said.

"For large hospitals, my colleagues and I take control on critical projects with concrete deadlines, including joint commission audit preparation, regulatory audit preparation, system expansions and mandatory business improvements. We also manage and develop applications and Web-based patient portals that deal with protected health information and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act compliance."

William Ward, director of clinical engineering and facility services at Clarian Health, said CoreTech Revolution supports Clarian Health's mission to deliver preeminent health care to its patients.

"CoreTech Revolution has been instrumental in delivering technical and project management expertise for several key Clarian Health projects," Ward said. "CoreTech's efforts have helped improve security of patient data, simplified complex life safety documentation programs and supported the development of a statewide request for proposal process."
