Public input sessions being held Wednesday (March 29) for new Purdue master plan

Purdue University Physical Facilities is gathering input for the development of a new West Lafayette campus master plan. Two public input sessions will be held on Wednesday (March 29) from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and 4:30-6 p.m. in the Boilermaker Room of the Córdova Recreational Sports Center.

The sessions will be open-house style, and students, faculty, staff and community members are encouraged to provide feedback on the master planning process and will be able to arrive and depart at their convenience. A grab-and-go lunch will be offered at the first session for the attendees.

“Obtaining input from the campus and the community is highly valuable at this stage in the planning process,” says Michael Gulich, director of Campus Master Planning and Sustainability at Purdue. “This kind of active engagement is critical to ensuring the new master plan will be representative and effective.”

Purdue University is working with Ayers Saint Gross in order to complete the new plan, which will guide the next 10 to 15 years of development on the West Lafayette campus.
